How to Choose? China or India?
This problem did not exist five years ago.
China Tile companies never make promises beyond their ability to avoid losing the buyer’s next order.
As a Chinese tile manufacturer, we sincerely respect our counterparts in the global tile industry, including our counterparts in India.
Yes, in the past 20 years, China’s tile production has accounted for half of the global output, so it is called the world’s factory, producing high-quality products for global buyers.
Because of this, China’s tile industry chain has completed the transition from labor-intensive to automated production.
More and more robots are entering Chinese factories, replacing repetitive labor that originally required a lot of human participation.
The tile supply chain is more resilient while achieving lower cost, higher efficiency, and higher quality manufacturing globally.
The Chinese government spares no effort to emphasize the importance of environmental protection, and Chinese tile factories have made unprecedented efforts to protect the environment. Although it will push up the cost of products in a short period of time, it is the responsibility of each of us to protect the earth’s environment.
In 2022 and the next 10 years, Chinese tiles will still be one of the best choices for global tile buyers. They always provide high standard quality tile products at a reasonable cost, that’s why the tile industry pays attention to China.
How to make secure payments to My Chinese suppliers.
When you decide to cooperate with your Chinese supplier, you need to pay the supplier. While there are many options, each payment method has its advantages, disadvantages, and applicable conditions.
According to the size of the order and the different types of goods, at the same time, whether it is a custom-made good also needs to be considered.
Here, there are some core rules to follow:
- Do not pay to a personal account: In China, regular companies receive payments through regular channels. It is a correct and reasonable request to ask for the business account of the other company. If the other party asks you to transfer funds into a personal account, please consider it carefully. However, if the two parties cooperate many times, this requirement can be appropriately relaxed.
- Make a Strong and Clear agreement: At the beginning of the transaction, both parties need to have a full understanding of the content of the transaction. Under normal circumstances, Chinese suppliers will make proforma invoices (PI for short) for you. Especially when the remittance amount is relatively large (more than 5000 USD).
Currently, the most common payment method used in transactions is T/T (International Wire/Wire). Such a transaction method has certain risks for both parties to the transaction.
The buyer’s risk point mainly lies in the customized production deposit required by the supplier. Due to the particularity of the sales channel for customized products (with the improvement of the degree of customization, the recognition of high-quality products increases correspondingly, and the solidification of the sales channel leads to the solidification of the sales channel), the required deposit accounts for a higher proportion of the payment for the goods.
However, since the transaction risk in the transaction is shared by both parties, it is widely used in current cross-border transactions.
Sharing transaction risks will also help both parties maintain a good relationship of cooperation and mutual trust.
